Initial Consultation: After furnishing us with your search details, we begin with a consultation to pinpoint your criteria and investment objectives. We will be in touch with you to provide a free consultation, offer guidance and answer your questions about the area, prices, and any other important details. Then, we’ll send you an estimate for our services, along with a summary of your search criteria for you to review.
The Search: Your personal search consultant will search and screen properties based on your parameters. We investigate all available resources – pounding the pavement, poring through publications, navigating through websites and databases. But that’s not all: our private resources include all private sale listings on the market in Paris, as well as direct contacts with hundreds of real estate agencies, property managers, corporate and private owners. We contact them as soon as we start searching; they then call us the moment they have a property for you – well before that listing is ever posted.
We identify and pre-visit properties, then send a comprehensive property report with photos, floor plan, location and a full description of the property. If you want to see the property, we arrange and accompany you to property visits. If you desire, our partners in financing, renovation and decoration can meet with you along the way to help evaluate your investment goals, renovation needs, or otherwise assist in the decision-making process. The Purchase: Once we’ve found your ideal property, we can manage the entire process through to closing. If you don't have your own notaire to represent you on the closing, we will introduce you to our bilingual notaire who is familiar with the particular challenges and concerns of our clients. We will schedule and attend meetings on your behalf, and can represent you at closing if you are out of town. During the two-to-three month period until closing, we help you access whatever resources you need — mortgage specialists, contractors, legal advisors and so on — to ensure that your closing is pleasant and worry-free.
